# Painted Motors

> Send one photograph of your own car, motorcycle, truck, tractor or camper van and it is painted into one of 12 motoring styles, kept exactly as photographed, and printed up to 40 × 60″.

## What it is

A vehicle portrait studio. One photograph of the owner's own vehicle is painted into one of 12 styles in four legs (racing posters, Deco salon lithographs, painted studio pieces, and American roadside chrome and neon), sold as fine-art prints, canvas and apparel. The make, model, body lines, wheels, stance and colour stay as photographed.

## How it works

- One photograph: one vehicle, whole in frame, nobody standing in the shot. Phone photos are fine. A photograph of anything else is refused before the engine sees it, and nothing is counted.
- One style: the same recipe that painted the two test vehicles on the wall is run on yours. The prompt is built on the server, so what you get is the style you chose.
- About ninety seconds: the poster lands at 1024 × 1536 and the wide at 1536 × 1024. What you see on screen is what goes to the printer, rebuilt at print resolution the moment you pay.
- Your words, if you want them: the type desk sets the car's own name, its year and its place. No makers' names, trademarked model names, race or event names, or real people.
- Refusals: number plates render blank; no people, drivers or crowds; no manufacturer wordmarks painted as text; no weapons; no crash, fire or damage painted as spectacle.
- Passes: every visitor gets 4 free passes. One pass is one render of one photograph, returned as an upright poster and a wide. After those, 10 more passes cost $10.
- Looking is free and every render is yours to refuse: only the one you chose is printed.
- Your photograph goes to the engine twice, once for the poster and once for the wide, and is not kept. The render is stored so it can be printed: keep one and it lands on your wall, and write to support@painted.app and we delete it.
- A paid print order waits an hour before it goes to the printer; inside that hour it can be cancelled and refunded in full. Files are delivered on payment.
